Returns

If you are returning a product because the product was damaged when you received, please contact us at customercare@studiorchid.com within 3 days upon receipt and provide photos of the damaged product/packaging and a description of the damage. We will contact the shipper and let you know the next step for return and refund.

If you are not satisfied with the original art work(s) received (undamaged), please contact us at customercare@studiorchid.com within 10 days of our art work(s) delivered to your address. After 10 days of receipt of your order, we are unable to process any returns for exchanges or refunds.
Exchange

The full amount paid for your purchase (excluding special prints), excluding the shipping fee, will be applied as a store credit to your account with StudiOrchid.

You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

The artwork has to be returned without any damages, i.e., the same condition as what we shipped to you.

You can take your time selecting a replacement piece or pieces because your store credit will not expire.

Once your replacement(s) is selected, we will ship free to you to the original shipping address. If the replacement artwork’s price exceeds your store credit, you will have to pay the difference before we can ship.
Refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

There will be a 20% restocking fee. (20% of the sale price excluding sales tax)

You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Original shipping fee (if you were charged) to you is not refundable.

The artwork has to be returned without any damages, i.e., the same as what we shipped to you.

We will process the refund within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the return item provided the returned item has no damages.

You should get the refund back through the original method of your payment. If you have not received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or your bank (depending on your original payment method). It may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. However, if you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@studiorchid.com.
