Michael Wang

Why paint? Because it is there; I believe one day, the lines and colors will come to me.

As a lifelong art student, Michael studied painting, sculpture, art aesthetics, art history in Germany and the United States; He also audited art and art history courses at Princeton University's Department of Music and Department of Archaeology and Art History.

Michael is the assistant to the sculptor artist Mr. Gyuri Hollosy. He is also the secretary general of the American Artists Association in Princeton, New Jersey.

As an assistant curator, he has been assisting The American Artists Association to promote and curate the May China International Art Festivals. He has participated in group exhibitions, art tours, published art albums and helped to conduct art reviews and academic seminars in multiple cities (Beijing, Xian, Chengdu, Karamay, Hami, Urumqi, Princeton, and New York) of China and the United States.

Michael's artworks have been collected by several galleries, museums and private collectors in both US and China.
